The app is a software tool only. All content visible or played in the app depends on third-party sources added by the user.

3. User Responsibilities
The user agrees to use the app only for lawful purposes. In particular, the user is obligated to use only media sources to which they have legal access, not to infringe intellectual property rights, and to refrain from conduct that would disrupt the app.

Galya Player is not responsible for stream availability, channel list updates, video or audio quality, buffering, credential validity, EPG accuracy, or regional access restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app or compatibility with all supported devices and platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Galya Player and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or inability to access content from third-party sources.
8. Changes to Terms
